DevOps & Platform Engineering
Platform Excellence is an approach that combines Platform Engineering, SRE, and Developer Experience. We build Internal Developer Platforms (IDP) and operational standards that relieve product teams from infrastructure management while ensuring full control over security and stability.
As a result, development teams can focus on delivering functionality rather than maintaining environments. Deployment becomes faster, the number of operational issues decreases, and the entire delivery process becomes more predictable and less burdensome for teams.
Backstage (or alternatives)
Unified access layer to the platform – service catalog, templates, documentation, and workflows in one interface.
Terraform / Pulumi / SST
Infrastructure definition and management as code in a repository. Versioning, code review, and automated resource provisioning.
Argo CD / Flux / Triton
Infrastructure and application state synchronization with Git repositories. Declarative deployments with automatic drift detection and correction.
Amazon EKS / Azure AKS / AWS Lambda
Container and serverless function orchestration. Automatic scaling, workload management, and resource isolation.
HashiCorp Vault / AWS IAM / Microsoft Entra + integrations
Centralized secrets, certificates, and access management. Automatic key rotation and dynamic credentials.
Integration with client’s existing monitoring stack
Platform connection to observability tools – metrics, logs, traces in one view without changing existing solutions.
We build platforms that teams actually use. We connect tools, processes, and people – from chaos to predictable system. From tickets to self-service.
A team of architects and engineers who design and implement modern infrastructure tailored to your business and technical needs. From cloud migration and automation to platform engineering. We prioritize security, scalability, and cost optimization at every stage.

The cost depends on the number of teams, the complexity of the environment, the level of standardization, and the scope of the platform. We estimate the project after the Discovery phase, once we understand the organization’s actual needs and priorities.
This solution is designed for product companies, SaaS businesses, and e-commerce organizations that run multiple teams and want to streamline delivery, onboarding, and technical standards. It brings the most value where scale and operational complexity are growing.
We design the platform to integrate with your existing tools, cloud environment, repositories, monitoring, and IAM. The goal is to organize and improve the environment without forcing an unnecessary replacement of the entire stack.
Platform Excellence combines Platform Engineering, SRE, and Developer Experience into one approach. We don’t just automate CI/CD – we build Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs) with self-service, ready-made templates, and golden paths. Teams provision resources on their own without ops tickets, and security and compliance are built into pipelines from the first commit.
The platform consists of five layers: self-service for teams (on-demand provisioning), golden paths for every application archetype (web, API, batch, data), standard pipeline templates (build, test, deploy, rollback), service catalog with full context (ownership, documentation, runbooks, SLA/SLO), and security & compliance as policy-as-code automatically enforced in infrastructure.
We start with Discovery – mapping pain points in Developer Experience and defining the target operating model. Then we design the IDP: service catalog, technology standards, golden paths. Next, we deploy the platform MVP – developer portal, templates, self-service. Then we standardize CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and security gates. Finally, we focus on adoption: team onboarding, training, documentation, and measure effectiveness through DORA metrics and developer satisfaction.
We support clients with platform adoption, team onboarding, documentation development, and the ongoing improvement of the solution. We treat the platform as an internal product that evolves together with the organization.
We build the developer portal on Backstage or alternatives. We manage infrastructure through Terraform, Pulumi, or SST. For GitOps we use Argo CD, Flux, or Triton. Orchestration is based on Kubernetes (Amazon EKS, Azure AKS) or serverless (AWS Lambda). We manage secrets and access through HashiCorp Vault, AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra. We connect the platform to the client’s existing monitoring stack – without changing observability solutions.
We look at DORA metrics (deployment frequency, lead time), new developer onboarding time, drop in ops tickets, and platform user satisfaction. We collect feedback from teams, prioritize the platform roadmap based on their needs, and measure adoption – how many teams actually use the platform. Success is usage, not just deployment.
We treat the platform like an internal product – with a roadmap, feedback loop, and developer satisfaction measurement. The key is that the platform solves real team pain points: long onboarding, waiting for environments, lack of standards. Golden paths are recommended, not forced – teams keep autonomy in product delivery. We also provide onboarding, training, documentation, and support. The platform becomes a natural choice because it makes life easier.
