Cloud
Cloud Operating Model is a way to organize work in a cloud environment – it clearly defines who is responsible for what, how changes are implemented, how we manage the environment, and how we ensure security. Instead of chaos and scattered activities – consistent rules, organized processes, and greater operational predictability.
We build a system where your teams can move fast and stay flexible, while maintaining full control over risk, budget, and compliance. The cloud stops being an unpredictable expense and becomes a platform that drives business growth.
We design a Cloud Operating Model that works in practice, not just on paper. We implement governance into automation, landing zones, and security policies. From workshop to working solution, from chaos to system.
A team of architects and engineers who design and implement modern infrastructure tailored to your business and technical needs. From cloud migration and automation to platform engineering. We prioritize security, scalability, and cost optimization at every stage.

A Cloud Operating Model is a set of rules, processes, and accountability structures that define how an organization manages cloud environments. It includes Cloud Governance, platform standards (landing zones), RACI structures, operational processes, and FinOps. It’s the foundation that eliminates chaos and introduces control over the cloud.
Common signs include inconsistent ways of working across teams, manual processes, and difficulty enforcing security and compliance standards. If every change requires multiple approvals and new environments are set up differently each time, the organisation usually needs a more consistent way of operating in the cloud.
It depends on the organization’s scale and process maturity. A typical project takes 3 to 6 months. We start with a workshop and audit, then design the model and implement it in stages with your teams. Transparency from the first sprint.
No. We implement the Operating Model in parallel with ongoing projects. We build landing zones and standards that can be used immediately by new projects. We migrate existing environments gradually.
A well-designed operating model does not slow teams down. It helps them move faster within a more structured environment. Clear standards, roles, processes, and reusable patterns for launching new environments reduce the number of decisions that have to be made from scratch for every project. As a result, teams can deliver changes faster while maintaining control over security, costs, and operational quality.
A landing zone is a ready-made, configured space in the cloud with implemented security policies, networking, and compliance. This way, every new project starts with foundations, not from scratch. It’s standardization, automation, and control from day one.
FinOps is a set of spending control mechanisms: resource tagging, budget allocation, chargeback, and optimization. We implement tools and processes that provide full transparency – you know who pays for what in the cloud. Real-time cost control.
We work with major cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. We have experience in multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments. We design the Operating Model independently of the platform, but taking its specifics into account.
Transparency and clear accountability between IT, security, and product teams. Consistent delivery pace through standards and automation. Fewer incidents and faster service recovery (SLO + runbooks). Full control over costs and budgets.
