These Terms and Conditions define the rules for the electronic provision of the Newsletter service, consisting of sending materials by email to the email address provided by the recipient (hereinafter referred to as the Subscriber).
The materials distributed through the Newsletter may be of a marketing, commercial, or informational nature. The Newsletter may include, among other things, articles, guides, analyses, industry updates, information about events, products, services, and other related content.
To use the service, the Subscriber must have access to the Internet and possess a valid email address.
The entity responsible for sending the Newsletter to Subscribers is Mindbox Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw, Poland, tel. +48 508 428 497, email: info@mindboxgroup.com), hereinafter referred to as the Service Provider or Mindbox.
The Newsletter service is provided free of charge for an indefinite period, until the Subscriber unsubscribes or the Service Provider discontinues the service.
§ 2 Conclusion of the Agreement and Service Activation
The agreement for the provision of the Newsletter service is concluded once the Subscriber completes all of the following actions:
enters their email address in the registration form provided – the email address is required for the provision of the service;
reads and accepts these Terms and Conditions;
confirms their subscription by clicking the “Subscribe” button (or an equivalent button).
To confirm the Subscriber’s intention to subscribe, the Service Provider may send an email containing an activation link (double opt-in mechanism). The Newsletter service agreement is concluded when the Subscriber clicks the activation link. Until that moment, the email address will not be used for sending the Newsletter.
§ 3 Unsubscription and Termination of the Agreement
The Subscriber may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time, free of charge and without providing any reason.
Unsubscription may be completed, in particular, by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in every Newsletter email or by sending a request to: info@mindboxgroup.com.
Unsubscribing from the Newsletter constitutes termination of the Newsletter service agreement and results in the cessation of further Newsletter communications. Unsubscription does not affect the lawfulness of any communications sent before the unsubscription request.
The Service Provider may discontinue the Newsletter service at any time. Subscribers will be informed of such discontinuation by email with reasonable advance notice.
§ 4 Personal Data Protection
The controller of Subscribers’ personal data is the Service Provider.
The Service Provider has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted via email at iod@mindboxgroup.com or by post at the Service Provider’s address with the note: “Data Protection Officer.”

Providing personal data is voluntary; however, providing an email address is necessary to use the Newsletter service.
Personal data are processed until the Subscriber unsubscribes from the Newsletter and thereafter only to the extent necessary to establish, pursue, or defend legal claims until the applicable limitation periods expire.
Personal data may be accessed by entities processing data on behalf of the Service Provider (including IT service providers, email service providers, mailing platform providers, and analytics providers), as well as entities authorized under applicable law.
Personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, transfers will take place only where appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR are in place, in particular on the basis of an adequacy decision issued by the European Commission or through the use of Standard Contractual Clauses.
Subscribers have the right to access their personal data, obtain a copy thereof, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing, and request data portability.
Subscribers also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates applicable data protection laws.
Any requests regarding the processing of personal data may be sent to: info@mindboxgroup.com or iod@mindboxgroup.com.
Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data and the rights available to data subjects can be found in the Privacy Policy available at: Mindbox Privacy Policy.
§ 5 Complaints
Complaints relating to the Newsletter service may be submitted by email to: info@mindboxgroup.com or by post to the Service Provider’s registered address.
A complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details enabling communication with the Subscriber (at a minimum, an email address).
The Service Provider will review the complaint and provide a response within 14 days of receipt, either by email to the address from which the complaint was submitted or to another email address specified by the complainant.
§ 6 Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, particularly in the event of changes in applicable law, changes to the manner in which the service is provided, or organizational or technical reasons.
Subscribers will be notified of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions by email or through publication on the Service Provider’s website, with reasonable advance notice. If a Subscriber does not accept the amendments, they may unsubscribe from the Newsletter service. Such unsubscription shall be deemed a refusal to accept the amendments.
The current version of these Terms and Conditions is available free of charge on the Service Provider’s website: Mindbox Website.
Matters not governed by these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the generally applicable laws of Poland.
These Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on 3 July 2026.
