The beginning of cooperation with Palette
Catalin has more than 15 years of experience in the IT industry as a consultant and project manager. His expertise in consulting offers an impressive advantage for a successful implementation. Catalin also has solid project management and financial-accounting knowledge gained in many projects. Catalin is responsible for matching iScala and Epicor ERP functionality to client requirements, designing iScala and Epicor ERP systems, collecting data and conducting test runs, analyzing the training needs of the client’s staff, and performing training and continuous business optimization covering all Financials and Logistics modules.
Catalin likes cooperation with clients and is familiar with all stages of implementation, like analysis of Client needs, defining the project, developing prototype, training, data imports, tests, and go-live support. Catalin took part in and managed many implementations, as a functional, technical consultant, and project manager in various business industries, related to the distribution, and manufacturing of different goods: foods, pharmaceuticals, textiles, profiles, filters, tires .ires, and aluminum.
Konrad’s professional experience is linked with business and finance. Before joining Mindbox he was strongly involved in RPA and automation inudustry. Prior to this his experience was strongly related to finances: in development and financing of innovative technology businesses within startups and VC fund. Konrad is also a co-creator of Business Process Automation studies on the University of Łódź.
Maciej has over 20 years of experience in the field of ERP systems – both for the largest companies in the world and for medium-sized enterprises. His knowledge, coming from both software producers and implementation partners, allows him to understand well the needs of customers and translate them into well-prepared ERP system implementation offers. Maciej is an expert in building long-term relationships with clients and building added value together with them. He encourages customers to use cloud solutions that are becoming more and more profitable for each customer.
Magdalena has 8 years of experience in various sales and marketing positions within the Information Technology field. Magdalena’s main responsibility in Mindbox is business development in the business processes automation area. Believes that the automation helps companies gain competitive advantage and, above all, makes people’s work more interesting. Fascinated with the impact of the new technologies on society and cultural changes.
Piotr Krzysztoporski – in the ERP industry for over 20 years as a consultant, project manager, department manager, and finally professional services director responsible for several countries in Central East Europe. Experienced in business analysis, optimization of processes, and project management. For over a year, an enthusiast of Robotic Process Automation tools. We will present how we see a modern business organization using Robotic Process Automation solutions as a tool to build a competitive advantage.
Piotr is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the University of Economics, where he received a master’s degree in Foreign Trade in 1997. He is also a graduate of the MBA program of the WSB University and the Helsinki School of Economics.
1997-2010 associated with the American manufacturer of management systems Epicor, initially as a consultant, and from 2000 he held various managerial roles in the professional services department. During that time, he managed a team of about 100 consultants in the company’s branches in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. He has participated in dozens of large implementation projects.
From 2011, an entrepreneur – President of the Management Board of Mindbox SA.
Agnieszka supports her clients in the ERP systems implementations (iScala and Kinetic), as a Business Consultant and a Project Manager. She has managed various projects as a Project Manager in Poland as well as in other countries across the world, e.g., in the US, Europe, Australia, Latin America, and Asia. Since 2018 he has been certified with PMP (Project Management Professional). After hours she loves skating, biking, and skiing in the wintertime.
Krzysztof has been dealing with process automation for over 10 years. He started with automation and industrial robotics, later marketing processes automation, and in the last few years, he is passionate about the automation of business processes. At Mindbox, he looks after the Intelligent Process Automation team with whom he implemented projects, including Scania, OLX Group, Danone, and CEDC. He implemented solutions using robotic process automation (RPA), optical character recognition (OCR), and machine learning (ML). He is a certified UiPath developer. He is responsible for consulting, architecture, and implementation of robotization projects. In addition to work, he spends his free time in the mountains and competes in long-distance running.
Lukasz Sztachanski is involved with Cloud and Data-center as an engineer and architect since 2007. He has experience in managing and scaling resources at large hosting companies, designing systems in public and private clouds, and developing and optimizing container-based platforms (Kubernetes and Red Hat OpenShift). During his career, he participated in digital transformation from a legacy monolithic approach to fully redundant and managed microservices.
Due to his experience in managing and developing large environments (1k+ instances), he is a fan of full automation, infrastructure as a code, and programmatic logic for application management.
