“My journey with Mindbox began in September 2016, following an express and professionally conducted recruitment process. On September 1, much like the start of a new school year, I entered a new place, with new people, in a new company. At that time, I never imagined that the adventure that started in 2016 would, as of today, turn into nearly ten years of cooperation, both with Mindbox and with the client HSBC. This journey has given me the opportunity to meet many valuable people who were always ready to support me throughout my work with the client. Based on the knowledge I had then and still have today, also coming from my colleagues who likewise provide services for HSBC, regarding what model support offered by a company delivering consultant outsourcing can and should look like, I can say with a clear conscience that Mindbox truly stands out from the competition.

Over the years, during which I had the opportunity to change projects carried out for HSBC several times, Mindbox consistently provided professional support, starting with administrative matters related to project changes, through various types of paperwork, and ending with seemingly simple issues such as consultations and recommendations from the company on which direction to take in order to successfully finalize a given topic. I can calmly describe this as comprehensive support, where a consultant does not have to worry about many things and can focus on substantive preparation for fulfilling new and ongoing responsibilities for the client.”
