PALMS is a post trade monitoring system that helps to monitor Global Markets trades against Market Risk mandates in
terms of permitted instruments and trading restrictions. The main responsibilities of members of this team include:
implementing BAU requests within PALMS database (SQL) related to permitted instrument, trading restriction, hierarchy
changes, responding to ad hoc queries, troubleshooting PALMS system issues, testing new system developments, rolling
out PALMS to new sites, supporting other work streams such as illiquid product reporting functionality, internal product
classification of trades within a central data store, integration with hierarchy management system.


-University graduate from a reputed institution in financial, business or economic subject or university graduate in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Accounting or similar.

-Excellent written English and oral communication skills. The job holder will have daily contact with PALMS users (Product Control, Market Risk), PALMS teams in other sites and GVG Senior Management and therefore require excellent communication skills in addition with outstanding technical ones.

-Stong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
