Additional information:
  • Supports innovation through contributing to the design of high-quality solutions which focus on providing demonstrable value to the business in a regular and timely manner
  • Continuously supports the team to identify opportunities to improve and remove waste from work undertaken by the team including the use of automation.
  • Supports the feature team in wider activities including creating and executing test scenarios and test scripts, identifying and supporting cut over and implementation tasks, facilitating  UAT and supporting platform and feature teams in executing the UAT
  • Identifies and analyses dependencies around transitional and future state designs and proactively highlights to the team as necessary.
  • Builds, manages and maintains a positive working relationship with stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers across the Domain, multiple franchises and functions. Mandatory Risk & Conduct Accountabilities:
  • Comply with Our Code, all RBS policies, ‘How we manage RBS’, and if applicable ‘How we manage our Business’, and deliver against all relevant statutory, regulatory, supervisory and  legal obligations.
  • Proactive identification and effective management and/or escalation of conduct risk to deliver key customer outcomes. Not sure what this means
  • Owning, managing and supervising, within a defined risk appetite, the risks which exist in business areas and support functions.
  • Ensuring appropriate controls are in place to mitigate risk: balancing control, customer service and competitive advantage.
  • Ensuring that the business has effective mechanisms for identifying, reporting and managing risk and controls.
