- Working closely with the Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of their deliveries
- Leading requirements elicitation (via workshops, interviews, shadowing etc.) and documentation (via business requirements and catalogues)
- Enabling production of customer journeys and product functionality in order to produce valuable recommendations
- Close liaison with Solution Architects and IT partners to support technical analysis
- Supporting the design phase including the translation of business requirements / user stories to solution design with both technology and business teams
- Providing testing support (co-ordinating and tracking outcomes)
- Assuring delivery through the entire project lifecycle from collation of user requirements through to deployment
- Managing stakeholder and senior management relationships across different markets
- Contributes to the Change Management practice
- Providing insight as to how a Business Analyst (BA) should learn and progres throughout the organisation
- Driving adoption of the practice across the BA community
- Exceptional understanding of Data controls is very desirable
- Excellent knowledge of financial institutions
- Strong process analysis & mapping skills with proven success within large and complex global projects in a change environment is paramount
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role
- Strong MS Excel skillset / experience, including understanding of standard formulas including Vertical & Horizontal Lookups, IF statements, and also pivot tables / charts
- In depth experience of using tools including Confluence, JIRA, Visio and SharePoint
- Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco level to analysts, specialising in impactful communication across different markets and business lines
- Experience in applying Agile methodology in project and product development Agile certification(s) advantageous (e.g. SAFe)
