What you’ll be doing
- Gather and analyze functional and non-functional requirements for both short- and long-term projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define outcomes, priorities, and actions.
- Support data-driven decision-making through MI reporting in Credit Risk or Portfolio Management.
- Work closely with offshore development, analysis, and testing teams.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.

Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking domain.
- Strong understanding of Credit Risk or Portfolio Management reporting.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.
