Are you passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered designs and conducting impactful user research? Our client is seeking a UX/UI Designer & Researcher to join their global Cybersecurity Design & User Experience team, focusing on improving user experience across a critical security landscape.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on understanding user problems, championing accessibility, and conducting in-depth research to influence design and product decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to create seamless, accessible, and engaging experiences for enterprise users worldwide—helping make complex cybersecurity processes intuitive.

What you’ll be doing

Plan, design, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing).
Analyze behaviors, pain points, and needs to generate actionable insights.
Define user personas, journey maps, and empathy maps to inform product priorities.
Synthesize findings into clear problem statements, success metrics, and actionable recommendations.
Create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes (using Figma or Adobe XD).
Advocate for user-centric design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
Conduct usability testing sessions and iterate based on user feedback.
Maintain a centralized repository of research insights for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to align design solutions with technical and business requirements.
Monitor post-implementation user feedback and measure impact against predefined UX KPIs.

Who we’re looking for

5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong emphasis on user research.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Solid knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
Expertise with design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD.
Proven track record with complex applications and responsive UIs.
Strong communication and storytelling capabilities to present findings and concepts effectively.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows; experience in cybersecurity or highly technical environments is a plus.
Bonus skills: knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React for design feasibility discussions.
