Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong knowledge in Identity & Access Management (IAM) to gather business requirements and support the development of Identity Bridge services. You will act as the main point of contact for the assigned epic until deployment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather business requirements for Identity Bridge APIs and workflows in line with Client's standards.
  • Identify stakeholders and ensure all aspects are captured in the requirements.
  • Analyze AS-IS processes and perform GAP analysis to translate into requirements.
  • Validate feasibility of requirements through technical reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with Client's IDAM controls and standards.
  • Conduct business requirements reviews, obtain sign-off from Product Owner, and secure estimates from the technical team.
  • Document user stories in Jira and monitor their progress.
  • Support deployment planning, communication plans, and UAT processes.
  • Facilitate Show & Tell sessions, manage risks, and contribute to continuous improvement in IAM processes.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, including at least 2 years in Identity & Access Management.
  • Knowledge of IAM for personal and service accounts, differences between privileged and non-privileged accounts, and Human vs System-to-System access.
  • Understanding of IAM technologies, database structures, and API usage.
  • Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to document requirements, excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Technical proficiency with Active Directory, LDAP, UNIX, iSeries, and databases.
  • Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) – security certifications (CISM, CISA) are a plus.

Optional Skills

  • At least 2 years of experience developing ServiceNow applications.
