We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Data Fabric team, focusing on onboarding and operating model definition. This role is critical in enabling the bank to scale its strategic data platform by ensuring smooth onboarding of data products and defining governance models for platform usage.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, align expectations, and deliver successful onboarding processes. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a global data platform and its operating framework.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the onboarding of new platforms, consumers, and products to the Data Fabric.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business, data, and operating model requirements.
  • Collaborate with architects, governance teams, and technical teams to define ways of working and enhance onboarding processes.
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on implementation plans and ensure smooth delivery.

Who we're looking for

Must-have:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data platforms, analytics, or technology platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data concepts, metadata, and data governance.
  • Experience working directly with multiple senior stakeholders to align expectations and deliver outcomes.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience in enablement and operating model design.
