  • Define and implement testing strategies across our products.
  • Work in customer-focused agile squads, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to define the next iteration of our platform.
  • Continuously improve testing strategies for new and existing products.
  • Develop clean, reusable, and maintainable code for automated testing.
  • Build scalable automated testing systems to deliver value to customers quickly.
  • Support engineers in testing their software and act as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the future of quality engineering.
  • Drive the direction of our testing chapter to maintain the highest standards of technology and process.

Who we're looking for

  • Excellent programming skills in Java.
  • Hands-on experience with back-end and front-end test automation frameworks and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of software performance and automated security testing techniques.
  • Awareness of cloud infrastructure and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD).
  • Experience delivering and testing distributed microservices in an agile environment.
  • Ability to work from Poland and attend the Warsaw office at least twice a month.
