Facilitate Scrum Events: Organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure the team adheres to Scrum practices.
Support the Product Owner and Development Team: Assist the Product Owner in maintaining the product backlog and ensure the team understands the goals, scope, and product domain.
Remove Impediments: Identify and help remove any obstacles or issues that prevent the development team from achieving their goals.

Foster a Culture of Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating discussions on what went well and what can be improved during retrospectives.
Guide the Team on Scrum Practices: Provide guidance and coaching to the team on Scrum principles, practices, and values, ensuring adherence to Scrum guidelines.
