SAP Delivery Manager

As a SAP Delivery Customer Engagement Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers within the SAP Enterprise Cloud Solutions unit. This role combines SAP Basis expertise with excellent language and communication skills, ensuring smooth cooperation between clients and delivery teams.

You will work in a dynamic 3–4 person team, engaging directly with regional customers, translating requirements into actionable tasks for internal teams, and supporting continuous development and maintenance of SAP solutions.

What you’ll be doing

Act as a customer-facing representative for SAP ECS solutions.
Coordinate daily operational and development activities for long-term client engagements.
Translate client requirements/tasks into English for internal teams.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.

Who we’re looking for

Experience with SAP Basis.
Proficiency in English (working language).
Knowledge of at least one additional language from: German, French, Italian, Spanish (minimum B2 level).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
