We are seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, maintain, and optimize solutions within Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) and related tools. In this role, you will work closely with IT, business, and sustainability teams to ensure accurate data integration, compliance with evolving regulations, and delivery of high-quality reporting frameworks.

This position offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with sustainability innovation, contributing to an enterprise-wide ESG/CSRD compliance and reporting strategy by leveraging Power Platform technologies and data-driven insights.

What you’ll be doing

Configure, develop, and maintain Microsoft Sustainability Manager (MSM) and Power Platform solutions (Power BI, PowerApps, Dataverse)
Own the developed solutions and ensure long-term stability, continuous improvement, and compliance
Manage system access, reporting dashboards, KPIs, targets, and surveys
Ensure seamless integration between MSM and source systems for sustainability data collection and reporting
Translate diverse business requirements into scalable and efficient system functionality
Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct testing for optimal system performance
Collaborate with business and compliance teams to adapt systems to evolving sustainability regulations (CSRD, ESG)
Lead continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring systems align with strategic sustainability objectives

Who we’re looking for

Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, PowerApps, and Dataverse development
Knowledge of Microsoft Sustainability Manager or similar ESG reporting tools
Strong understanding of CSRD/ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting, and regulations
Proficiency in data integration and analytics with a sharp focus on reporting accuracy
Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams effectively
Practical experience in agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
Strong problem-solving mindset with a proactive, learning-oriented approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement

Nice to Have

Experience with Azure cloud services or relevant integrations with Power Platform
Familiarity with data governance and compliance controls
Prior involvement in enterprise-scale ESG reporting projects
