We are looking for a skilled and experienced System Analyst specialising in Mobile Applications to join a project team responsible for the business and system analysis of native mobile apps for iOS and Android.
The Analyst will play a key role in gathering and refining requirements, creating analytical documentation, and supporting development and testing activities to ensure high‑quality mobile solutions.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with practical experience in mobile ecosystems, API analysis, UX collaboration, and Agile development environments.

What you’ll be doing
- Conduct business and system analysis for mobile applications.
- Collect, analyse, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for development, QA, UX/UI and backend teams.
- Create clear analytical documentation, including screen specifications for mobile applications.
- Work with API documentation and system integration requirements (REST / SOAP).
- Develop process flows, sequence diagrams, and data models.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to review designs and user flows (Figma).
- Support developers and testers with analytical guidance during implementation and UAT phases.
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Kibana and Firebase for analysis and documentation.
- Define and analyse mobile analytics events (e.g. GA4) to support insight and measurement.
- Provide ongoing analytical support from business requirement to go‑live and maintenance.

Who we’re looking for
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in mobile application projects.
- Proven experience in developing native iOS and Android applications.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements for cross‑functional teams.
- Solid experience working with API interfaces (REST/SOAP) and integration analysis.
- Experience in process modelling, flow diagrams and sequence modelling.
- Very good knowledge of Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket.
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with log analysis and error diagnostics tools (e.g. Kibana).
- Practical experience with Firebase.
- Ability to define and analyse analytics events in mobile apps (GA4).
- Awareness of UX/UI principles and best practices in mobile user flows.
- Collaboration experience with UX/UI teams and reviewing prototypes in Figma.
- Ability to assess the impact of requirements on development, testing, analytics and app maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Self‑reliance in driving analysis from business need identification through to implementation support.
Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in the financial, insurance or banking sector.
- Knowledge of investment products, policies or self‑service solutions.
- Experience with production release analysis, incident diagnostics and post‑release user behaviour review.
