Full Stack Developer (Node.js, React, Typescript)

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer (contract) to join our Global Networks Planning & Capacity team. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining mission-critical tools that support our global network portfolio. This role offers an opportunity to build scalable solutions and work across front-end, back-end, APIs, and data layers in an Agile environment.

What you’ll be doing

Translate user stories and requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
Collaborate with the team to evaluate feasibility and propose optimal designs.
Create wireframes, prototypes, or system diagrams to illustrate technical concepts.
Write clean, maintainable code using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services.
Design and maintain database schemas, leveraging ORMs for consistency.
Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues proactively.
Maintain thorough documentation for systems, services, and code components.

Who we’re looking for

Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Developer with solid engineering fundamentals.
Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, Concurrency, and Software Design Principles.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Sass, TypeScript, JavaScript and related web technologies.
Expertise in React with Chakra UI, understanding UI/UX best practices.
Experience developing backend services in Node.js with frameworks like Fastify or NestJS.
Strong knowledge of REST API design principles and secure implementation.
Relational database experience (SQL) and familiarity with ORM frameworks.
Version control workflows in Git (branching, PRs, reviews, conflict resolution).
Good understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD practices, and DevOps principles.

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Familiarity with Claude Code, AWS Bedrock and other AI/ML integration tools.
Jenkins pipeline experience and knowledge of ArgoCD.
Understanding of Kubernetes fundamentals, manifest definitions, and deployment processes.
Experience with containerization using Docker/Docker-Compose.
Front-end build tools: ESBuild, Vite.
Hands-on with MariaDB/MySQL or Postgres.
Knowledge of SSO (OIDC) authentication protocols.
Python scripting and basic Linux/Unix terminal skills.
Portfolio/GitHub profile showcasing past projects is highly desirable.
