What you'll be doing
- Work within an agile team (4–6 members) alongside a dedicated product owner
- Break down business requirements into user stories and deliver them iteratively into production
- Take part in designing and implementing secure and scalable solutions
- Share responsibility for production support—we believe in the principle: “the team builds it, the team supports it”
- Identify and help manage technical debt, ensuring a balance with feature development
- Pair-programming and knowledge-sharing with team members across geographies

Who we're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in software development
- Strong experience in Java and Python
- Solid understanding of modern engineering practices: SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD
- Proven experience with Spring Framework
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-streaming technologies
- Effective verbal and written communication in English
Nice to Have
- Exposure to JavaScript/Vue.js for front-end development
- Experience with Machine Learning, AI, NLP, or Data Science
- Familiarity with Prompt Engineering, LangChain, or LangGraph
- Knowledge of Clean Architecture principles
