As a Data Security Policy Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain data security policies that protect core systems, support regulatory compliance, and enhance overall cyber resilience.

What you’ll be doing
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Data Security policies aligned with risk and compliance frameworks;
- Oversee policy engineering to ensure all data protection controls are effective and optimized;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements and address security gaps;
- Support deployment and migration of new security tools into BAU operations;
- Provide reporting (MI/KXI) and insights for senior management;
- Engage in innovative security projects and mentor junior team members.

Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years’ experience in data security engineering,
- Practical experience with DLP solutions (Symantec, Zscaler, Trellix, Proofpoint),
- Strong knowledge of Data in Motion / Data at Rest Security,
- Proven experience in creating and updating data security policies,
- Degree in IT or Cybersecurity,
- Certifications: CISSP, CISA, or CISM,
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and project planning,
- Excellent communication skills across various stakeholder groups.
