What you get in return

    • Co-create and enforce data governance: rules, roles, standards, and metrics
    • Own data quality and semantics: business glossary, metadata repository, and data lineage
    • Bridge business and IT: gather needs, set priorities, and translate them into actionable plans

Who we’re looking for

  • Experience: 4–5 years in data quality, data governance, data management, or data migration
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
  • Working with data: proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and reporting/BI; bonus for hands-on experience with metadata repositories, MDM, and data quality solutions
  • Business & leadership: strong business understanding, initiative ownership, excellent communication, and project management skills
  • Regulatory awareness: good grasp of data protection and compliance requirements
  • Collaboration: ability to build relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and drive consensus
  • Ways of working: familiarity with Agile and change management
  • Languages: fluent English (written and spoken)

 

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of recognized frameworks/standards (e.g., DMBOK, relevant certifications)
  • Experience with common platforms for data cataloging, MDM, and data quality
  • Facilitation skills for workshops and broad stakeholder communications
