Who we’re looking for

Experience: 4–5 years in data quality, data governance, data management, or data migration
Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Working with data: proficiency in SQL, spreadsheets, and reporting/BI; bonus for hands-on experience with metadata repositories, MDM, and data quality solutions
Business & leadership: strong business understanding, initiative ownership, excellent communication, and project management skills
Regulatory awareness: good grasp of data protection and compliance requirements
Collaboration: ability to build relationships, influence cross-functional teams, and drive consensus
Ways of working: familiarity with Agile and change management
Languages: fluent English (written and spoken)

Nice to have:

Knowledge of recognized frameworks/standards (e.g., DMBOK, relevant certifications)
Experience with common platforms for data cataloging, MDM, and data quality
Facilitation skills for workshops and broad stakeholder communications
