What you get in return

Collaborate with the Lead Automation Architect to create an overall testing strategy focused on automation-first principles.

Plan, develop, execute, maintain, and improve automated test frameworks and scripts for web and graph database applications.
Create and manage Jenkins pipelines for automated tests, generate reports, and streamline CI/CD processes.
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, and scenarios based on requirements and technical specifications.
Accurately report and track defects, attend triage meetings, and verify bug fixes.
Identify process and application issues and provide improvement suggestions.
Perform manual test case creation and exploratory testing when required.
Ensure FR/NFR traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define SIT/OAT/UAT scenarios and ensure test coverage.

Who we’re looking for

Must have:

Deep knowledge of IAM domain.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior automation role, with strong coding skills in Java, Playwright, Python, Typescript, Cypher, Scala.
Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Insomnia, Apidog, Postman).
Expertise in automation-first testing and layered test architecture.
Experience with REST API automation, API Gateway testing, and Batch ETL testing.
Familiarity with graph database validation (Neo4j) and GDBMS performance analysis.
Strong understanding of risk-based test prioritization and policy testing (OPA/Rego).
Hands-on experience with containerized test execution and cloud testing – GCP.
Proficiency in JIRA, Zephyr, and CI/CD integration (GitOps, GitLab pipelines).
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ and related protocols (SCIM, REST API, LDAP, OIDC, CSV).
Experience with load and performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner).
Familiarity with security testing tools (SAST, MAST, DAST).
Exposure to DevSecOps practices and policy-as-code testing.
