What you get in return

As a AI/Machine Learning Engineer, you will design and develop predictive and recommendation models, experiment with state-of-the-art ML/AI techniques (including deep learning), and evaluate their impact on business KPIs. You’ll optimize data pipelines and model code using PySpark, Pandas, and MLflow, write clean, production-ready code aligned with CI/CD best practices, and collaborate with Data Engineers and stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle — from data exploration to deployment.

Who we're looking for

  • Experience: 3+ years in Data Science / Machine Learning.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Hands-on experience deploying predictive and classification models.
    • Advanced knowledge of Python and ML libraries.
    • Experience working with large-scale datasets.
    • Ability to measure model performance in business terms.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical background and problem-solving mindset.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Previous work in multi-client or consulting environments.
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools and model deployment automation.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).
