We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a growing team focused on fraud risk within lending products. In this role, you will translate complex fraud risk needs into clear business and data requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams including Technology, Data Science, Risk, and Business stakeholders.

What you’ll be doing
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyze processes, systems, and data to identify improvements and automation opportunities.
- Work with data science teams to analyze complex datasets and identify fraud patterns, trends, and anomalies.
- Support development of machine learning initiatives by defining features, success metrics, and validation approaches.
- Evaluate existing controls and recommend improvements to enhance fraud risk management.
- Monitor effectiveness of implemented solutions and drive continuous improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Who we’re looking for
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and tools such as SQL, Python, or Tableau.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, ideally within lending fraud or financial crime.
- Strong understanding of corporate lending and financial crime risk management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Nice to have:
- Experience in consulting, risk management, or regulatory environments.
- Knowledge of financial crime regulations and industry best practices.
