#LI-Hybrid – 6x/month from the office in Kraków
At Mindbox we connect top IT talents with technology projects for leading enterprises across Europe.
Join our client’s team, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the governance and operational backbone of a strategic quantum-safe transformation programme at one of the world’s leading financial institutions. Your contribution will help deliver high-impact solutions in cybersecurity – quantum-safe technology at enterprise scale, within a complex, highly regulated environment.
Sounds like your kind of challenge?
What you’ll be doing
- Owning and running the programme governance structure (SteerCo, working groups, interlocks), including agendas, actions, decisions, and full audit trails
- Maintaining the programme delivery framework: RAID, dependency management, change control, delivery standards, and consistent templates across all workstreams
- Building and maintaining an integrated programme plan across eight execution tracks: Risk Assessment & Prioritisation; Discovery & Inventory; Vendor Alignment & Ecosystem Readiness; Migration Design & Crypto-agility; Policy, Standards & Guardrails; Enablement & Training; Mitigation & Remediation; Innovation & Development
- Owning programme dashboards and performance reporting, tracking progress against agreed OKRs and targets; establishing a single source of truth for milestones, deliverables, and benefits realisation
- Leading programme financial governance: budget tracking, forecasting, change requests, and annual funding submissions; maintaining resourcing and capacity views across teams and execution tracks
- Providing delivery assurance to ensure workstreams meet governance and control expectations; coordinating cross-cutting risks with clear ownership and time-bound mitigations
- Producing SteerCo-ready reporting: clear narrative, data integrity, and decision prompts
- Acting as the central coordination point for programme communications across cybersecurity, business lines, architecture/engineering, technology risk stakeholders, and control functions
Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
