We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join the CTO Data Technology CIB & HBEU department. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of data platforms and data products within a hybrid infrastructure setup.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining CI/CD tooling and developing CI/CD pipelines.
- Building shared services components and contributing to GCP services deployment patterns.
- Automating tasks to ensure resilience and compliance of IT services.
- Supporting the development of SRE practices within the organization.

What you’ll be doing
- Manage and enhance CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus, Ansible).
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Automate processes and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Ensure compliance, security, and cost optimization in cloud environments.

Who we’re looking for
Must-have skills:
- Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (preferably GCP, but AWS/Azure experience is also valuable).
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
- Proficiency in Linux administration and networking principles.
- Programming skills: Bash and Python.
- Knowledge of SRE principles, service management, and application lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in highly regulated environments.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes.
- Exposure to Data Engineering and tools like Airflow and Spark.
