We are seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to design and deliver cutting-edge agentic AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud’s Vertex AI / Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. This is a hands-on, senior technical position that combines architectural leadership, solution engineering, and stakeholder engagement to deliver automation, analytics, and AI-first solutions with high business impact.
You will lead projects from discovery to implementation, collaborating with Finance, IT, and Data teams to create scalable workflows, build AI agents, and optimize enterprise processes with automation and analytics.

What you’ll be doing
AI & Automation Development:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise capabilities (agent frameworks, managed runtimes).
- Build automation tools and scalable services using Python and C#.NET, applying engineering best practices.
- Develop smaller automations using Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
Data Engineering & Analytics:
- Architect data pipelines and semantic layers, ensuring a single source of truth for analytics and AI use cases.
- Write and optimize SQL on platforms like BigQuery and deliver governed datasets for reporting and AI workflows.
- Build interactive dashboards with Power BI or Tableau supported by a governed semantic layer.
Finance Domain Solutions:
- Translate Finance processes and requirements (AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Intercompany) into technical designs and AI-driven workflows.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Lead requirements gathering and solution design sessions with finance and IT stakeholders.
- Communicate technical trade-offs and architecture decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
Project Leadership & Governance:
- Manage delivery plans, risks, and milestones with predictability.
- Own production readiness and ongoing monitoring for AI agents and reporting solutions.

Who we’re looking for
Experience & Technical Knowledge:
- 2–3 years in dimensional modeling, semantic layers, and modern ELT/ETL patterns.
- Strong experience in building AI agents on Google Cloud (Vertex AI, Gemini Enterprise Agent) with evaluation and monitoring.
- Proficiency in Python for data/AI development and C#.NET for automation.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms (Power Automate, Copilot Studio), dashboards (Power BI/Tableau), and APIs.
- Strong understanding of finance domain processes and controls.
Skills & Competencies:
- Data visualization & storytelling expertise.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to bridge Finance and AI delivery, applying an AI-First approach.
Nice-to-Have:
- Google Professional ML Engineer Certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience with international finance and multi-entity environments.
