We are looking for a Senior Intelligent Automation Analyst to bridge business analysis, automation design, AI-enabled development and analytics, delivering practical and governed improvements for Finance Transformation.
This is not a purely requirements-gathering role – you will be hands-on: shaping solutions, developing intelligent automations, integrating analytics, and ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and governance. If you are comfortable working across the full delivery lifecycle – from discovery to go-live – this role offers an opportunity to make a real impact on Finance operating models through AI-driven technologies.

What you’ll be doing
Intelligent Automation & AI Development (~60%)
- Design, build and maintain intelligent automation using Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Develop AI-enabled workflows and agents, including prompt-engineering patterns supporting Finance transformation use cases.
- Integrate automation with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Power BI, enterprise apps, and data platforms (Dataverse).
- Extend low-code functionality through custom code, REST APIs, and reusable components for complex scenarios.
- Rapidly prototype solutions, iterate with stakeholders while maintaining delivery discipline and scope control.
Business Analysis & Solution Design (~15%)
- Lead discovery workshops, document processes, and translate requirements into structured solution designs.
- Produce BRDs, functional specs, user stories, UAT scripts, process maps, and operating procedures.
- Challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities for simplification, standardisation, and automation.
- Define solution governance, ownership, and support models for sustainability post-deployment.
Analytics & Reporting (~15%)
- Create Power BI dashboards for process analytics, operational metrics, and automation benefits tracking.
- Use Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) for data preparation and stakeholder insights.
- Write performant SQL queries for data transformation and reporting.
- Track KPIs such as time saved, error reduction, and adoption rates to demonstrate business impact.
Governance & Standards (~10%)
- Contribute to design patterns, documentation templates, and governance frameworks for automation and AI.
- Ensure responsible AI adoption with audit trails, security controls, and human-in-the-loop testing.
- Support training, UAT, change management and communication to drive user adoption.

Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years delivering automation, analytics, AI-enabled solutions, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power Apps).
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (such as Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++ ect)
- Advanced SQL skills (joins, aggregations, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
- Strong Power BI and Excel/Power Query capability for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience integrating with APIs, enterprise data sources, and workflow orchestration in corporate environments.
- Business analysis expertise: requirements elicitation, process mapping, functional design.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business stakeholders; strong presentation and documentation skills.
- Finance domain exposure: Finance Transformation, Shared Services, operational processes (AP/AR, GL, Intercompany, Treasury).
Nice to have:
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Power BI, Azure).
- Experience setting up automation governance frameworks and reusable assets.
- Familiarity with Python data libraries (pandas, openpyxl) for advanced use cases.
- Process improvement credentials (Lean Six Sigma) or change management experience.
