What you’ll be doing
- Design and develop efficient, usable, and elegant Java code.
- Build microservices for a high-performance trading platform.
- Automate testing and deployment using CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor production systems to ensure stability and reliability.
- Collaborate directly with product owners and business stakeholders.

Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience with Java 17+ (Concurrency, low latency programming, lambdas)
- Familiarity with TDD, JUnit, and continuous integration/deployment practices
- Knowledge of REST, messaging technologies, and DevOps principles
- Ability to leverage AI Coding Assistants for development
- Problem-solving mindset and flexibility in dynamic environments
- Strong passion for technology and innovation
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of FX business or financial markets
- Contribution to open-source projects or tech communities
