What you’ll be doing
- Design, develop, test, and maintain new platform features and supporting services
- Support and enhance the internal SDLC insights platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, operational issues, and incidents
- Maintain and integrate APIs, dashboards, pipelines, and related components
- Improve automation, monitoring, logging, and platform reliability
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with engineering, security standards, and best practices
- Maintain technical documentation and enable knowledge sharing across teams

Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience in software engineering and application development
- Strong understanding of backend services, APIs, databases, and system integrations
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and version control (Git)
- Ability to troubleshoot production and non-production issues
- Understanding of secure development practices and operational support
- Effective communication skills and experience working in Agile teams
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages:
- Java, Maven, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, React
- Familiarity with dashboards, reporting tools, data analysis, and engineering metrics
- Previous experience in a regulated enterprise environment
