Training reviews

Krzysztof from Mindbox very efficiently conducted a workshop with us, during which we analyzed our internal processes and identified the ones with the greatest potential for business benefits from automation. The presenter himself was not only very knowledgeable about technology, but also very familiar with the business process optimization topics.

Having attended the RPA Foundations training course organized by Mindbox, I can recommend it to anyone wishing to learn how to implement process robotization comprehensively in a company with the use of RPA/IPA. The trainers – using a number of examples – have inspired and opened our minds to look for processes suitable for automation in our environment. They also showed which ones can be the most cost-effective and bring the greatest benefits to the organization, as well as where pitfalls in robot operation may be lurking. At the same time, the attendees after the training have an understanding of what the preparation of the team, the infrastructure and the process itself intended for automation through RPA should look like, and are given the tools to prepare projects on their own. An additional advantage was a session in which we learned the basics of the process of building a robot in the UiPath interface and Microsoft Power Automate by ourselves.

It was a good training course. Even though the conditions were not so favorable - 2 days in the classroom were replaced with 4 online sessions - the course allowed us to gain knowledge about automation, made us realize how many areas it can apply to in a company, and how quickly the pool of available technologies is changing. The training also had a significant benefit - it was conducted by practitioners, which can be seen, both in the examples, tips and very useful training materials ( which were plentiful). I recommend it to everyone intending to run automation projects.

In any manufacturing company, in addition to the production processes that give value to the product, there is a document workflow, and often personnel are needed to handle these processes, doing very repetitive and therefore often tedious work. If you are looking for a training course that will present the current technological options on how these repetitive elements can be optimized using a computer, this training is for you. The training can be easily grasped by people who are not professionally involved in programming.

Great training for both those new to process automation and more experienced people looking for room to grow. The presenters were very agile in adapting the quality of the content presented to the audience and never avoid difficult questions. For my part, I can say that I got plenty of valuable tips on how to organize the work of the team and how to implement and foster a culture of automation. The organization of the training itself was at a very high level, there is nothing to complain about.

Training from Mindbox is ”zero to hero" knowledge on process robotization. The trainers Konrad and Krzysztof were able to convey everything important in the preparation, organization and implementation of an RPA in a simple and extremely effective way. The range of topics was impressive. And all this was supported with examples from past implementations!
