As a Vulnerability Management Operations Analyst, you’ll be a key member of the CSAT VM Operations Team, reporting to the Head of VM Operations. This role focuses on tracking and driving remediation activities, managing daily planning sessions, producing accurate reports, and collaborating with key stakeholders to maintain compliance with SLAs.

What you’ll be doing
Tooling & Operational Management:
- Manage the Vulnerability Consolidation Service and Central Planning Platform.
- Review compliance reports, validate timelines, and execute corrective actions.
- Use AI-powered tools and coordinate efficiently with the Cybersecurity Engineering team.
Focused Remediation:
- Support analysis of urgent security issues and deliver accurate reporting to accelerate remediation.
Reporting:
- Produce operational reports using Power BI, Cyberport, Cyberflows, and other data sources.
- Review automated outputs for discrepancies and create or implement corrective action plans.
Partner Engagement:
- Collaborate with patching teams and control areas to ensure compliance and drive 'Path to Green’ initiatives.
- Work closely with the CTO team on prioritizing and supporting decommissioning processes.
Meeting & Task Management:
- Organize, manage, and track meetings and action points using AI technologies.
- Assist with ad-hoc governance and operational tasks as required.

Who we’re looking for
Knowledge & Expertise:
- Solid understanding of the Vulnerability Management lifecycle and patch management processes.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, formulas, data handling).
- Familiarity with SQL, Cloud technologies; knowledge of API & Python a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, JIRA, ServiceNow, and Confluence.
Technical Mindset:
- Ability to adapt to new tools, including AI-powered platforms.
- Comfortable working with large datasets for issue identification and remediation planning.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication abilities for senior management reporting and stakeholder engagement.
- Proactive, independent, and skilled in multitasking under pressure.
