Are you ready to make an impact on the stability of mission-critical network services? We are looking for an experienced Wi-Fi L1 Support to join the Connectivity team, ensuring reliable Wi-Fi infrastructure operations and providing expert support during service incidents.

What you’ll be doing
- Provide L1 expertise for Wi-Fi incidents globally, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
- Act as a subject-matter expert during crisis calls, coordinating recovery efforts and engaging the right stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT teams, including Incident Management, to provide accurate inputs during outages.
- Support Incident Management during Post-Incident Reviews and help identify improvement areas.
- Work with global teams and service providers to maintain standards and enforce contractual service commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights to enhance infrastructure stability.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL/Agile best practices during operations and process refinements.

Who we’re looking for
- Technical expertise in Wi-Fi infrastructure and related components.
- Strong understanding of data network topologies and protocols.
- Experience working in incident-driven environments, ideally within large-scale IT network operations.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in a global team setting.
- A proactive mindset with the drive to identify and implement service improvements.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new telecom technologies and tools.
