We are looking for a Service Coordinator to support one of our key clients. You’ll ensure top-notch coordination and communication across client teams. You’ll manage schedules, maintain documentation, and act as a key person to keep projects on track – delivering high-quality outcomes for our client.

What you’ll be doing
- Define scope, prepare schedules, and maintain clear timelines for all stakeholders.
- Ensure project governance and compliance with client standards.
- Engage with team members and senior leadership to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Share updates, clarify objectives, and resolve issues quickly.
- Anticipate risks early, propose effective solutions, and keep projects on track.

Who we’re looking for
- At least 5 years in project coordination, ideally handling multiple projects in dynamic environments.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills – comfortable engaging with all levels of stakeholders, including executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven mindset.
- Analytical mindset and ability to design practical solutions.
- Strong governance knowledge and ability to enforce process compliance.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Design, UX/UI.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in technical or cybersecurity environments.
