This opportunity is within a global technology division that supports critical business capabilities across payments, cash management, trade finance, and lending for corporate and institutional clients.
As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will work independently throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and design to delivery and support. You’ll collaborate with multiple teams to deliver high-quality analysis, ensure effective stakeholder management, and provide strong business insight to the solution delivery team.

What you’ll be doing
- Define the most suitable analysis approach and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Produce Component-level Swimlane flows to illustrate payment processing sequences.
- Translate requirements into Functional User Stories, ensuring complete acceptance criteria.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend enhancements.
- Keep a strong end-to-end, big-picture perspective.
- Work closely with solution delivery and production support teams to ensure seamless transition and operability.
- Review test cases and results to validate requirement fulfillment.

Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience as IT Business Analyst or Business Consultant.
- Strong expertise in Payments domain.
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Highly analytical with attention to detail and quality.
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of the full project lifecycle and Agile practices.
- Practical knowledge of Confluence, Jira, BPMN, and SQL for querying data.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in UK Payments.
- Certifications such as CBAP or IQBBA.
