You will design and build a production React app with a rich, real-time chat experience using modern UI libraries and best practices. This is a greenfield opportunity to architect client-side state management, integrate streaming APIs, and deliver a high-quality user experience in a fast-evolving environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop and optimize a React + TypeScript chat application for production delivery
- Implement real-time streaming UIs (WebSockets, SSE, etc.)
- Use Tailwind CSS and modern UI component systems like shadcn/ui or Radix UI
- Manage complex client-side state with best practices for performance and scalability
- Leverage AI-assisted coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development
- Collaborate with the product team to design and iterate on a polished UI experience

Who we’re looking for
Required Skills
- Strong experience in React + TypeScript for production apps
- Hands-on with Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries (e.g., Radix UI, shadcn/ui)
- Proven background in building real-time streaming UIs
- Expertise in managing complex client-side state (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
- Comfortable using AI coding assistants as part of daily workflow
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 / Dataverse (entities, activity types)
- Experience integrating streaming AI APIs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, SSE-based workflows)
