We are looking for a skilled Power BI Platform SME to join the Power Platform Team. This team is responsible for managing Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Power BI services, ensuring secure, scalable and well-governed capabilities across the enterprise.
In this role, you will be a key player in supporting and evolving the Power BI platform that serves thousands of users globally. You’ll work on platform operations, engineering, governance and architecture, ensuring Power BI remains a trusted, high-performing analytic capability that enables data-driven decisions across our organization.

What you’ll be doing
- Administer and continuously improve the Power BI platform to meet governance, architecture and security standards.
- Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards for operational and governance insights.
- Configure and manage capacities, workspaces and deployment pipelines to enable enterprise use cases.Implement and maintain telemetry, monitoring and alerting for platform health and performance.
- Produce architecture and design documentation and work closely with Cybersecurity teams.Enable and support
- Power BI Copilot and AI features, in compliance with governance and security requirements.
- Develop automated solutions and self-service capabilities for efficient platform operations.
- Provide technical guidance, design consultation and issue resolution to stakeholders.
- Contribute to shaping future Power BI strategy, aligned with data and self-service vision.

Who we’re looking for
- Strong knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, including administration and configuration.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise reporting and analytics infrastructure.
- Scripting & automation skills (PowerShell, Python or similar).
- Knowledge of security, access controls and governance models in large organizations.
- Experience in architecture and design, producing technical documentation.
- Familiarity with telemetry, monitoring and alerting systems.
- Skilled in Power BI report development and data visualization.
- Understanding of DevOps practices and deployment pipelines.
- Strong communication skills in English and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive, improvement-driven mindset for automation and optimization.
