What you’ll be doing
- Support programme and project delivery within agreed cost, timing, and quality standards.
- Manage RAID items and escalate issues to resolution.
- Monitor governance adherence and support the HSBC Change Framework.
- Track budgets, OKRs, benefits realization, and ensure accurate reporting across delivery streams.
- Establish PMO methodologies, processes, and tools—ensuring consistency and fitness for purpose.
- Facilitate quality checks and post-implementation reviews across the project lifecycle.
- Act as a Change Framework SME and provide advice, training, and process updates.
- Drive adoption of Agile practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Maintain governance documentation and support forums (e.g., Steering Committees, Working Groups).
- Capture and share lessons learned, best practices, and delivery insights with the Centre of Excellence.

Who we’re looking for
- 5–8 years of PMO experience, ideally within data-driven change in Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Data Management and Data Governance.
- Proven track record of working with global, cross-functional teams in complex change environments.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively in a global matrix organization.
- Experience in designing and implementing process improvements in large programmes or portfolios.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in data governance.
- Financial services experience, preferably in Risk or Data-related projects.
