What you’ll be doing
- Support the Programme Manager and Project Managers to deliver according to business plans, budgets, and timelines
- Manage and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate critical items for resolution
- Monitor adherence to Change Framework standards and governance requirements
- Track and report OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and programme benefits against commitments
- Prepare and deliver quality reporting on programme status, RAIDs, milestones, and deliverables
- Implement and maintain DAO delivery standards, perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain and update key documentation, processes, and governance forums’ records (minutes, actions)
- Guide teams on agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and provide training on change framework methodologies
- Manage budgeting and expenditure tracking for assigned programs
- Facilitate post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and best-practice sharing

Who we’re looking for
- 5–8 years of experience in a PMO or project delivery governance role
- Proven success managing global or cross-functional programmes
- Strong knowledge of data quality, data governance, or data remediation projects
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and toolsets (Jira, Confluence, Clarity)
- Ability to produce high-quality reporting and documentation for senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with stakeholders at all levels globally
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and portfolio governance standards
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to Have
- Exposure to financial services regulatory change or risk remediation programmes
- Knowledge of Agile at scale frameworks and global delivery processes
