Are you passionate about building robust backend systems and working with modern Java technologies? We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to maintain and enhance applications within our Shared Services platform and contribute to business-critical projects in a global environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Maintain and enhance backend applications for Shared Services.
- Design and develop scalable, performant backend components using Java and Spring Framework.
- Work on microservices architecture and deployment pipelines.
- Ensure application stability and continuous improvement through troubleshooting and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality releases in CI/CD-driven environments.

Who we’re looking for
- Expertise in Java 8+ development.
- Strong knowledge of Spring, Spring Context, Dependency Injection (DI), Inversion of Control (IoC).
- Hands-on experience with Concurrency and Multithreading.
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and deployments using Jenkins.
- Ability to work with Linux shell (basic commands:
find,ls,grep,sed). - Proficiency in Git and Maven for version control and build automation.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Helm, and deployment strategies (e.g., Canary, Blue-Green).
- Familiarity with unit testing tools (Mockito) and testing best practices.
- Understanding of Event-Driven Development principles.
