What you’ll be doing
- Engage in end-to-end development: analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Apply the principle: “You build it, you support it”.
- Design solutions aligned with technology standards and guidelines.
- Identify and manage technical debt while prioritizing new features.
- Pair program and mentor team members to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Collaborate closely within a team of 4–6 engineers and a dedicated product owner.

Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years of development experience with proficiency in Java and Python.
- Strong command of software engineering principles (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD).
- Advanced experience with Spring Framework and relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Hands-on experience with microservices and event streaming technologies.
- Prior exposure to AI / Machine Learning / NLP / Data Science as a strong plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
