You’ll join the Global Markets Technology team working on AI Markets – an award-winning service using NLP and AI to transform client interactions in global markets. Our mission is to deliver real-time market insights using advanced technology and innovative solutions.
This role offers hands-on involvement in the full development lifecycle, from analysis and design to delivery and production support. We value mobility, flexibility, and a passion for trying new approaches!

What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate within an agile team of 4–6 developers and a dedicated Product Owner.
- Break down business requirements into deliverable stories and deploy iteratively to production.
- Take ownership: “If you build it, you support it.”.
- Identify and manage technical debt while delivering new functionalities.
- Design solutions aligned with technical standards and constraints.
- Pair-programming and close collaboration with colleagues.

Who we’re looking for
- 5+ years of development experience.
- Strong knowledge of software development principles (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD).
- Proficiency in Java and Python (hands-on experience required).
- Extensive experience in Spring Framework.
- Database expertise (SQL/NoSQL – PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with microservices and event-driven architecture.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Machine Learning, NLP, AI, Data Science.
- JavaScript/Vue.js experience.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, LangChain, Clean Architecture.
