As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading world-class engineering teams to deliver reliable and secure platform capabilities. You will provide strategic guidance, empower squads, and ensure technical integrity of solutions as we scale.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead and manage teams of software and quality engineers in a matrixed product engineering organization.
- Act as a technical steward for product mission teams, ensuring best-in-class delivery and system reliability.
- Motivate, inspire, and mentor engineers to achieve high performance and career growth.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Tech Leads to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Work with chapter leads and architects to maintain standards for technical design, security, and operational best practices.
- Drive recruitment activities and enhance hiring processes to attract top engineering talent.
- Contribute to platform architecture evolution, scalability improvements, and operational excellence.
- Proactively address engineering-wide challenges, standardize processes, and foster innovation.

Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience managing software engineering teams and scaling high-performance engineering organizations.
- Strong technical competence and solid understanding of modern software development practices.
- Experience designing and building high-performance, resilient, and secure systems, with hands-on contribution to delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
- Expertise in containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and familiarity with one or more modern development stacks.
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Passion for mentoring and coaching engineers, creating an environment of growth and engagement.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in platform architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native environments.
- Familiarity with BaaS, fintech platforms, or large-scale distributed systems.
- Exposure to modern frameworks, microservices, and performance optimization methodologies.
