We are recruiting for our client a Cybersecurity Programme Manager to lead a multi-year cryptography programme focused on delivering PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities across multiple workstreams. What you’ll be doing
- Deliver end-to-end programme ownership including scope, planning, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance across multiple streams.
- Manage multi-million USD budgets, including forecasting, vendor spend, and financial controls.
- Act as subject-matter leader on PKI, CLM, certificate automation, crypto controls, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and external providers.
- Ensure all solutions meet security, resilience, audit, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Produce transparent progress updates and executive-level reports.

Who we’re looking for
- Proven track record in Cybersecurity/Technology Programme Management for large-scale, multi-year initiatives.
- Deep knowledge of PKI and CLM, including certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, key management concepts, and automation.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder governance.
- Strong financial expertise handling multi-million-dollar budgets and supplier/vendor relationships.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with cryptography standards and controls (TLS, X.509, OCSP/CRL) and working in regulated environments.
