Join our client’s team as an Automation Engineer!
Are you passionate about automation, CI/CD, and improving deployment processes for critical services? We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join a global engineering team and help deliver automation solutions that enable safe and rapid software deployments.

#LI-Hybrid – 2 days in the office (Kraków), 3 days remote per week
What you’ll be doing
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and implement performant and resilient automation solutions for deployment processes.
- Apply security-by-default principles, including secrets management, least privilege, and vulnerability management.
- Monitor and optimize process performance to ensure scalability and resilience.
- Automate both processes and their testing to guarantee reliability.

Who we’re looking for
- Experience & Expertise:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience delivering Ansible-based automation into Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, Bash, or similar languages.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
- Ownership mindset and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Desirable Skills:
- Experience with IT services underpinned by vendor software.
- Knowledge of File Transmission products (e.g., IBM SFG/SSP/SEAS/CD), Mainframe (z/OS) workflows, or BMC Control-M.
- Understanding of compliance and risk management in financial services.
