We are looking for an experienced AI Software Developer to join the AI Platform team. In this role, you will help build AI-powered solutions that transform the software development lifecycle, improving speed, quality, and reliability. You’ll work on enhancing developer and delivery products, contribute to architecture design, and evaluate emerging technologies to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

What you’ll be doing
- Implement solutions following best Design Patterns.
- Analyze requirements and recommend improvements.
- Lead UI changes to enhance UX and application stability.
- Actively contribute to DevOps automation and CI lifecycle improvements.
- Manage changes through the Service Management lifecycle.
- Participate in software architecture design.
- Develop prototypes to validate concepts and designs.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand needs and deliver solutions.

Who we’re looking for
- Proven experience applying AI to software development patterns and processes.
- 7+ years in production application development in Java ecosystems, including front-end (React) and DevOps.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Web API development.
- Hands-on experience with React for building dynamic, high-performance web apps.
- Expertise in database design and SQL (SQL Server, advanced T-SQL, query optimization).
- Solid experience in CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Deep understanding of SDLC.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
