  • Building, Testing, Shipping and maintaining high quality product features
  • Writing clear, clean code within the guidelines provided
  • Working with and improving robust deployment and testing processes
  • Maintaining a high standard / expert knowledge with a given Stack / Product.
  • Training and mentoring other squad members.
  • Sharing knowledge with colleagues and championing process or techniques
  • Ensuring that best practice code standards and processes are maintained and improved.
  • BAU implementation and management, to ensure areas of ownership are maintained and optimised.
