Project description:

The company has an urgent need for acquiring expert knowledge in the areas of Cloud Operating Model, Change Management, Cloud Architecture for both AWS and Azure cloud platforms. The project key objectives will be:

  • Helping define the target role of the Cloud Enablement Team
  • Clarifying and adjusting cloud operating model and responsibility divided between key participants
  • Defining approach to build or acquire necessary skills in-house for AWS and Azure
  • Introducing appropriate security procedures and resolving unclear responsibility split with the Security Team

Zadania

 

  • Day-to-day project management of respective domain (task allocation, monitoring, supervision, reporting, budget management and escalation)
  • Constant interactions with key stakeholders in terms of their requirements, expected outcomes, status of work, issues resolution and escalations
  • Cooperation with internal team of data scientists, data engineers and data analysts in order to deliver expected results
  • Defining, building and testing technical solutions in an agile environment.
  • Writing infrastructure terraform/cloud formation and CI/CD pipelines in groovy
  • Writing unit tests in spock, e2e tests in cucumber, contract based tests in PACT
  • Defining architecture and solutions including R&D on cloud and 3rd party vendors’ services
  • Strong technical skills specifically in cloud based technology (AWS, other public cloud would be desirable) and Java
  • DevOps experience, especially with terraform would be a big plus
  • Quality driven with ability to write tests on any level with BDD & TDD approach
  • Understanding microservices architecture
Wymagania
  • Experience in designing of operating model, processes & organisation
  • Capability to analyse roles & responsibilities, processes, governance and shape change management initiatives
  • Proven track record in proces or organisation design with focus on technology transformation programs
  • Good and practical understanding of Cloud Operating Model and Service Management processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Practical experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms as cloud engineer or tech lead
  • Experience in delivering transformation projects and building technical capabilities
  • Team cooperation in a global, multinational environment
