The Management Board of MINDBOX spółka akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Złota 59, 00-120 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number 0000434240, acting pursuant to Article 500 § 2 and 21 of the Commercial Companies Code, hereby makes available to the public free of charge the Merger Plan agreed upon on July 22, 2025 between Ertera spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością as the Acquiring Company and Mindbox Spółka Akcyjna as the Target Company.
