Submitting documents to the ZUS Social Insurance Institution
The functionalities offered by the RPA include the automatic transmission of documents for various purposes, including those processed by the ZUS “Płatnik” system (e.g. social insurance personal forms). Thanks to the robots, files are exported from SAP and imported directly into the electronic platform of the Social Insurance Institution. A report is also generated each time, and the data on which the software operates do not require additional verification (e.g. by the HR department).
