Planning and Tracking of Shipments, Status Update

RPA is widely used in the logistics and freight forwarding and logistics industry. Robots can, among other things, plan and track shipments, update order status and secure proofs of delivery. To cut a long story short – robots can limit manual input of data from the internal system to B2B portals. When planning an order, the robot automatically generates information about what time the courier will arrive for the package. When the order is processed, and when the status has changed, the robot can, in turn, send a reminder with an update. To track the order and get the latest information about it, one can just enter the order number on the website or in the application operated by the chatbox.
