Data security is definitely one of the most critical issues on the current agenda of many organizations and governments. RPA is a reliable ally in minimizing risks and managing customer data according to EU guidelines. Tasks related to the manual implementation of GDPR compliance are highly repetitive, time-consuming, and tedious. Thanks to software robots, they are not only operationally simplified but also much cheaper. The anonymity requirement is also easily met, e.g., by using pseudonyms instead of real names or surnames. What’s more, robots can automatically certify compliance by generating reports and control logs and spontaneously informing customers of potential data breaches, thus minimizing the inconvenience caused by them.
